Awards
Apart from fostering a sense of community and recognition by your peers , this inaugural event is designed to be an annual event with a perpetual Trophy with names added every year. Individual company trophies are also awarded for them to keep. Not to mention the promotion of the event and winners on social channels and the opportunity for the community to do the same.
Awards Decision
The Codefest will undergo a dynamic and engaging evaluation process, with attendees playing a pivotal role as judges. This unique approach not only empowers participants to witness the creativity of their peers firsthand but also fosters a sense of community engagement and shared learning. By involving attendees in the judging process, the event embraces diversity of thought and perspective, ensuring a well-rounded assessment that resonates with the wider audience. This interactive method also offers participants an opportunity to refine their critical thinking and evaluation skills as they analyze and appreciate the innovative solutions presented. Ultimately, the involvement of attendees as judges transforms the Codefest into an inclusive and collaborative celebration of technological ingenuity.
