The Virtual UGM is designed to promote interaction. Small workshops, main presentations and collab rooms allow you to interact with different ways.
Small Workshops are concurrent sessions, highly focused on a particular topic. These topics range from technical workshops to sales techniques. With multiple sessions happening at once, we expect to have a smaller audience for each session. This allows for more interaction in the public chat and gives presenters the ability to customize the messaging to the audience.
Main Presentations are sessions we believe are valuable to the entire netsapiens community. With guest speakers and big announcements, these are not the sessions you want to miss. You will be able to ask questions in an open chat during these presentations.
Collab Rooms are opportunities to collaborate with each other in a less structured environment. Turn on your camera, turn up your microphone, and participate in a meeting around a particular topic or just chat with us in a happy hour. Be sure to get there early, video is available to the first 25 participants. (Everyone else can still see video, use a mic, and submit chat messages.)
The UGM in San Diego has been postponed to April 6th through April 9th, 2021. If you purchase a UGM 2020 ticket, it is valid for both the Virtual UGM and UGM 2021. That’s right, you’re getting the Virtual UGM for free!
We will reach out to you later this year to confirm your UGM 2021 attendee information as we know it may change. There are no additional actions for you to take at this time.
